How to Find Us

We are located at the Sands Centre in Carlisle CA1 1JQ (see below). Our club sessions take place on the river Eden behind the Sands Centre upstream of Eden Bridges.
The club changing rooms and store occupy one of the rear corners of the Sands Centre building and can be found by following the flood defence wall around to the back of the Sands Centre. Alternatively follow the path from the Swifts car park (next to the Turf Tavern) down to the river bank car park. We also use the swimming pool at the Trinity Leisure Centre, Strand Road,  Carlisle. CA1 1JB.

There is now a removable bollard at the top of the ramp down to the hard standing at the Sands rapid. The bollard can be removed when the first person arrived at an event. The bollard should be replaced but not locked immediately prior to getting on the water. (allowing late commers access) last person leaving should lock it in place. If any non members vehicles are still in the carpark we should lock them in and leave the following phone number with the vehicle. 01228817000
